'Building Wholeness'
A program of healing and moving forward in life
Building Wholeness is a program that helps people with mental health and life challenges begin to reevaluate what they believe about living with mental illness and live challenges. This program brings possibilities and an understanding of healing into their lives.
The strength of this program is engagement. While working through each worksheet personal input deepens everyone's understanding of every building block. The dialogue that goes on surrounding each question is the foundation and strength of this program.

The program is broken down into five building blocks.
All the building blocks build upon the previous block and interlink together to make the program work as a whole.
The five building blocks are as follows:
1. Accountability: 'Emerging from self-focused thinking'
2. Decision Making: 'Developing the courage and strength to make difficult decisions'
3. Knowing Yourself: 'Facing and controlling what once controlled you (triggers and red flags)'
4. Wholeness: 'Becoming whole no longer fractured'
5. Beyond Coping: 'Having reasons to continue to move forward'
